Even amid rumours surrounding their marriage, King Charles III has quietly extended a hand to his son. His message, insiders claim, is simple: he wants Harry to be happy — with Meghan, or on his own terms.
The monarch, 77, has been watching everything unfold and, while he’s certainly not wishing for Harry’s marriage to fail.
An insider claimed: “He’s realistic enough to know that even the strongest relationships can hit their breaking point under this kind of pressure.”
“The King isn’t blind to any of this, and he can’t help wanting to be there. He’s been through a very public divorce himself and knows how different things can be behind closed doors,” the source told Heat.
And despite the former actress posting a carousel of happy family photos on her official Instagram account, including one of her and Harry cuddled up at dinner, there has been renewed speculation that all is not well between the Sussexes.
There are claims that the two live very separate lives. It’s gone beyond work schedules.
Meghan and Harry have different priorities, different routines, and they’re spending much less time together than people realise.
A separate source also claimed that the Duchess was ‘worried Harry is being pulled back into old patterns of manipulation by his family’ and is ‘extremely upset’ about potentially moving back to the UK.
