Sweet Surprise :Sally Nugent shows off legs in racy BBC Breakfast dress
The BBC Breakfast anchor let fans in on some of her workout secrets.

Sally Nugent looked incredible on the BBC Breakfast sofa this morning (July 23) as she donned a zebra-print dress with a racy slash right up to the thigh to show off her toned legs. Sally, who presents the programme alongside Jon Kay, left her arms bare in the casual gown, which featured a pink lace trim at the collar before draping down into a floor-length skirt.
Sally paired the ensemble with a pair of gold ballet flat sandals and large hoop earrings, with her brunette tresses styled in loose waves across one shoulder. An elegant gold watch completed the look, while Sally left her bare legs on display for an Instagram snap.
Sally shared that she achieved her slender look through workouts with Nicky’s Bootcamp, including rotating pull-backs, chest presses, shoulder presses, tricep skull crushers and bicep hammer curls.

The workout recommends you work out for 40 seconds and rest for 20, repeating the circuit two to three times.
Sally was quick to comment on a video of the workout, gushing: “Love these moves! Off to do them now.”
She added on her Stories: “Brilliant new workout with @Nickysbootcamp @womenshealthUK.”
Nicky told Women’s Health: “Bootcamp 16 years ago was much more focused on punishing HIIT workouts, with some strength thrown in. Now, it’s predominantly strength training, designed with the needs of women over 40 in mind.
“Modifying as we get older isn’t giving up – it’s often the smartest way to keep moving. Our bodies change, so the way we train should change too – start with lighter weights and build from there.”
It all comes after Sally’s BBC Breakfast salary was revealed on the annual list of wages. Sally takes home between £200,000 and £204,999, while her co-star Jon earns between £225,000 and £229,999.
